Well Groomed Feel Good Factor

Beautiful well groomed nails are important – and not just for scratching!

I just love pale nail polish like this on my nails. We all know that our fingernails can reveal clues as to our overall health and hygiene but our nails also act as both a protective plate and a sensation enhancer. The protection function of the fingernail is commonly known, but the less known sensation function is equally important.
Our fingertips have nerve endings in them that allow us to receive volumes of information about the things we touch. The fingernail acts as a counterforce to the fingertip providing even more sensory input when an object is touched.

But most importantly, beautifully manicured nails make you both feel and look good. Therefore I can rightly justify being late for work due to my manicure, right?
