It's Bikini Time!!

Woohoo! The sun is out and it's roasting.  Now is the time to bare those bodies and slip into that new bikini.  Well, it's that time for some people....

If you're anything like me, you may not be feeling quite ready to bare all just yet.  So, what to do about it? Hide under a layer of clothing and miss out on the summer fun? Noooo!  Why not take the proverbial bull by the horns and try out one of the many bikini body workouts available? 

I've done a little bit of research and have provided you with my Top 5 bikini body workouts.  Try them and let me know what you think.

How to Get a Bikini Worthy Body, by WikiHow.
This great, step by step "How To" includes information about diet and exercise, and includes easy to follow steps, made easier with diagrams.  Definitely worth a try.

How to Get a Bikini Body in 2 Weeks: The Ultimate Diet and Workout Plan
Great advice with a little bit of psychology thrown in!

Jillian Michaels' Summer SHAPE Up Workout
This three-month plan, inspired by the DVD Jillian Michaels Hard Body has been tried and tested (if in doubt - watch the Biggest Looser - Jillian is a trainer from the TV show).

The 20 Minute Pilates Workout: Get a Bikini Body in 4 Weeks
"Each of these exercises targets at least three major muscle groups -- so you train smarter, not longer," says Rael Isacowitz, a Pilates specialist and exercise physiologist based in Costa Mesa, California.

The Dukan Diet
My personal favourite, the Dukan Diet, if followed properly is a fail-safe way of losing weight fast, increasing muscle tone and maintaining good eating habits.

So, assuming we've all found a plan that suits our requirements for getting that bikini body, now we just need some fabulous swimwear to flaunt....I've added some of my favourites below.
